Question: Do I need an event planner?
Answer: If you want to reduce the stress in your life, then hire OnQue Event & Design Group as your event planner. We will negotiate contracts with vendors, come up with a design them and implement it (upon your approval), handle event budget and timelines and go the extra mile to ensure that you are stress-free, comfortable and ready for your big event.
Question: How do I hire OnQue Event & Design Group as my planner?
Answer: Well, once there is interest on your part in wanting to seek more information about us, we will plan a FREE consultation meeting to discuss your wants, needs and desires for your event. If you like us, you can hire us then! After the consultation meeting, we will have a FREE proposal meeting with you in 3-5 days to let you know of the design scheme we came up with. If approved, we will carry out those plans to execution for your event. At anytime, if you change your mind about certain aspects of the design scheme, we can make changes to fulfill your desires.
Question: How come I don't see any prices on your website?
Answer: Since every wedding is different and unique, prices can vary. We can tell you that our planning and design services can be between $350 and $2150. At times, we will offer specials on our website that include pricing. Most of the time we custom design packages for our clients, which lead us not to provide a flat rate because we want to be fair with pricing. To get an accurate quote, you can find out either by calling or scheduling a FREE consultation meeting. We work within your budget.
Question: Will I have to worry about anything on the day of my event?
Answer: This is a weird question because if we say no, there will still be a little bit of worry on your end. However, we can say, the worry will be unnecessary because OnQue Event & Design Group will have researched, created layout design schemes and hired the right professional vendors to make your event a success. So, if you can, put the worrying to the side and let us make your dreams become reality! After all, we believe ONLY in five-star events!!!
Question: I have already planned my event. However, I need someone to there on the day of the event to make sure everything goes right. Can OnQue Event & Design Group help?
Answer: We might not get some customers due to this policy, but we unfortunately do not handle day-of coordination services. Coming in at the tail-end of planning an event can be extremely difficult. Therefore, we offer our clients services that are either full or partial planning. We also have a la' carte services to help couples plan their day if they do need help from us. However, day of services is something our company does not do anymore. :-(
Question: I need a reputable company, what are OnQue's qualifications?
Answer: We're glad you asked! Any potential customer should always do their research about a company. Fortunately, OnQue Event and Design Group, LLC has been in existence since 2006. We are a limited liability company with a tax ID number. We are members of several wedding planning associations. Thus, our staff have been extensively trained in coordinating events and have much experience with real events. You will not be our first customer, so we know how to execute wonderful and exciting events. We believe the client should always be happy and we make sure that happens!
