Since weddings are our most popular events, we have packages below. The wedding packages have been updated for 2011-2012 bookings. Please contact us for plans that do not have a pricing structure attached to them. A FREE phone and meeting consultation will need to be done to provide the most accurate price and plan for your event.
Five-Star (Full Service) Design Package
This service is for the couple that wants to hire OnQue Events to plan their whole event in order to fit within a vision and a budget.
Package offers:
- Free "vision" consultation meeting to discuss the look and feel of your wedding day
- Creative theme development and recommendations
- Establish budget and provide ongoing management of expenses
- Provide recommendations of preferred vendors that compliment your budget
- Schedule and attend vendor meetings
- Create signature monogram/signage design for event
- Assist with selection, wording and printing of all related materials including save the date, invitation and program
- Develop comprehensive wedding day time-line
- Create site layout design for venue(s)
- Contract negotiation to ensure all services are fair and just
- Follow up with each vendor prior to wedding day to confirm details
- Manage vendors on day of event
- Assist with seating assignments for ceremony and reception
- Facilitate wedding rehearsal (as directed by the officiant)
- Coordinate transportation for wedding party
- Manage timing and flow of ceremony and reception
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- Manage ceremony/reception site tear-down and clean-up
- Assist with hotel accommodations for out-of-town guests
- Create and maintain RSVP database if our RSVP service for invitations is used
- On-site support (until the end of your event)
- Drop-off of linens, suits, etc. after event, if needed

Celebrity Weekender (Full Service) Package
If you are having a 2-3 day weekend celebration, the Celebrity Weekender package is for you! Full service includes everything in the Five-Star package. What is special about this package is that we can plan or assist with other events that will be taking place before and after you walk down the aisle.
Some might use this package if they are:
- having a combined family reunion/wedding weekend
- need us to plan rehearsal dinner on one day, wedding on the next and maybe day-after festivities for guests
- having a destination wedding and then returning to their local area to have a reception for family/friends
Any scenario that is more than one day can be considered. If you only need us to coordinate your rehearsal and day-of event without any other events, then the "Rehearsal Coordination/Day-of Management" package below will serve for that purpose.

Rehearsal Coordination/Day-Of Management Package
Are you wondering, "W
ho is going to take care of all this on the day of my wedding?" If so, this Rehearsal/Day-Of package is for you! If you have planned your wedding and reception, but need help with final details and event execution to ensure that the entire event runs smoothly, pick this package! We meet two months before your big day and thereafter, as needed.
Package offers:
- Free meeting to discuss specifics of your planned wedding day
- Facilitate wedding rehearsal (as directed by the officiant)
- Follow up with each vendor prior to wedding day to confirm details
- Manage day-of events including wedding, reception, vendors, etc.
- Develop comprehensive wedding day time-line
- Manage timing and flow of ceremony and reception
- Distribute final payments to vendors
- On-site support (until the end of your event)
A bundle package is available if you bought the Consultation package to plan your day BUT need a coordinator available at rehearsal and day-of. Contact us today for bundle pricing!

~A La' Carte Services~
If something is not listed on this page, please ask us if we can do it. Price is determined on what is needed and length of time exerted. On purpose, we often over-estimate the length of time and often provide a refund to our clients if we do not work within the entire time frame due to a project being completed early.
